## How long do I have access to the online courses?

After purchase, you have lifetime access to all course content. You can watch the videos as often as you like and also have access to future updates of the course.

## Are the courses recognized by the dental association?

Yes, all our courses are recognized by the German Dental Association (BZÄK). The exact number of continuing education points is indicated for each course. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate.

## What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and SEPA direct debit. For practices, we also offer payment by invoice.

## Are there discounts for multiple courses?

Yes, we offer various bundle deals. When booking multiple courses, you receive up to 20% discount. Contact us for individual offers for your practice or team.

## How does reserving a course place work?

For in-person courses you can reserve your place for €150 until eight weeks before the course, instead of paying the full fee right away:

1. **Pay €150 today** (card or SEPA direct debit) – your place is secured. The €150 is credited towards the course fee.
2. **Nine weeks before the course** we remind you by email.
3. **Eight weeks before the course** the balance is charged automatically and you receive your invoice.

Until that deadline you can cancel free of charge and get the €150 back. After that our standard cancellation terms apply. You can also pay the balance earlier at any time under "My bookings" in your account.

## In which language are the courses available?

Most of our courses are available in German. Selected courses are also offered with English subtitles. The course detail page shows the available languages.
