General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Registrations can be made through the form on this page, in writing, by fax or e-mail. Upon receipt of the registration, the participant will receive an order confirmation. They will be booked in the order of receipt.
If an event is fully booked or cancelled, the registrant will receive a cancellation notice.
The realization of a seminar is only guaranteed when the registered person receives an invoice. Usually this happens 8-10 weeks before the seminar date.
II. Terms of payment
The seminar fee is due 30 days before the start of the seminar.
Seminar registrations can only be withdrawn in writing.
Cancellation up to 8 weeks before: 100% refund / nothing to pay.
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before: 75% refund / 25% of the invoice will be due.
Cancellation up to 2 weeks before: 50% refund / 50% of the invoice will be due.
Cancellation up to 1 day before: 25% refund / 75% of the invoice will be due.
In case of no-show without cancellation, the entire seminar fee will be due.
IV. Seminar cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an announced seminar for urgent reasons (e.g. illness of the speaker). In this case, the seminar fees will be credited for an alternative date – or refunded upon explicit request (must be communicated in writing by the participant with a deadline of 2 weeks after the cancellation of the seminar).
If no alternative date can take place, the seminar fees will be refunded.
Any travel or cancellation costs incurred cannot be charged to the organizer.
